Rates:
$220 per night Monday to Thursday (excluding Public Holidays)
$265 per night Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays

All prices are per couple per night, and include breakfast provisions for the first morning of your stay. In addition, freshly ground coffee and a selection of teas are provided, as well as a range of exceptional French body products and soaps.

Due to the self contained nature of the cottage and our close proximity to many exceptional restaurants and eating establishments, no further meals are included in the tariff. As an optional extra we can supply a picnic style hamper ($80).

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

Special Rates:
Stay five nights or more and 10% discount on the total cost of the stay.

Minimum Bookings:
Minimum 2 night booking required.
Minimum 3 nights on long weekends or Public Holidays.

Check In/Out times:
Check in is after 2.30pm, and checkout is 11am.

Deposit:
Bookings require a deposit of 50% of total booking to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept cancellations, only rescheduling. Notice to reschedule must be provided at least 14 days prior to the booking date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

The Shop:
Guests are entitled to 10% discount on any products (excluding already discounted items and furniture) purchased from our shop “Frances Pilley” located at 45 Ford St, Beechworth.

Location
Black Springs is located just 4km outside Beechworth on the Wangaratta – Beechworth road. It is 33 Km’s from Wangaratta & 43 km from Albury-Wodonga.

From Melbourne it is a 3hr drive via the Hume Highway (app. 260km) – turn off past Wangaratta onto the Wangaratta-Beechworth Road.

From Sydney it is a 6 hr drive via the Hume Highway (app. 540km) – turn off before Wangaratta onto the Wangaratta-Beechworth Road.
